AUSTIN — March 15, 2021 — Legal technology leader DISCO today announced the promotion of Melanie Antoon to Senior Vice President, Professional Services, and Aaron Trull to Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

As DISCO continues its aggressive push to create technology that powers legal following its Q4 2020 $100 million financing, the leadership of Aaron and Melanie will be pivotal in further establishing DISCO as the leader in legaltech through the creation and delivery of products legal loves. They will play critical roles as the company scales to support its explosive growth, expands its employee base globally and innovates its multi-product, full stack solution that delivers the platform and the product-powered services that transform the capabilities of legal organizations and the practice of law.

Melanie Antoon, Senior Vice President, Professional Services

In her new role, Melanie will oversee operations of DISCO Managed Review in addition to the complete portfolio of DISCO Professional Services and client support. Since joining DISCO in December 2019, Melanie has delivered exemplary leadership that resulted in a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 88 for her team, with 83% of customer respondents ranking DISCO’s professional services organization a 10 out of 10. Just as DISCO’s unique approach to building software has created the best legal technology platform on the market, Melanie has developed an innovative approach to professional services that creates legal magic for DISCO clients.

Aaron joined DISCO in January 2019 and during his tenure, transformed the company’s human resources function while building a best-in-class People Team. Beyond excelling at the traditional HR functions of talent acquisition, development and retention at a hyper-growth organization, Aaron has centralized activities around DISCO’s core set of values to align growth and development activities to the company’s beliefs and purpose.
