AUSTIN— November 19, 2019 — To keep pace with its exploding global growth and new client acquisition, legal technology leader DISCO today announced four new additions to its leadership team.
Tim Alvarez is DISCO’s new vice president of lead generation and inside sales. Tim brings nearly 30 years of sales management experience to DISCO, where he is charged with scaling the company’s sales development representative and inside sales account executive teams. Tim previously led sales at Web.com, Yodle and Profit Fuel.
Matt Dussling joins DISCO as its vice president of sales for North America, where he will focus on rapidly scaling our sales organization, including field sales and account management. A seasoned leader with experience growing sales organizations across high growth software companies including Spredfast, Lombardi Software and NewVoiceMedia, Matt joins DISCO from Vonage Applications Group, where he was a VP and GM, Application Group sales.
Carolyn Pawelek is DISCO’s new vice president of client success. In this role, Carolyn will work closely with DISCO’s clients to ensure they are maximizing their investment in DISCO and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. She previously led sales and customer service organizations at Hello Soda, Spredfast, Socialware and Affiniscape.
Marcelo Vieira joins DISCO as its vice president, corporate development. In this newly created role, Marcelo will build and strengthen relationships across the ecosystem of service providers and partners that help to support DISCO’s growing business. Marcelo previously ran several businesses while at Intel and Texas Instruments where he built ecosystems and strategic corporate relationships in the mobile space. He joins DISCO following the acquisition of TasteBud, a financial services company that he founded.
