DISCO’s Emerging Leader Internship Program (ELIP) is an eight-week program with structured learning, a rotation work experience, a capstone project, and ongoing learning and career development. At the end of the program, successful interns will be offered a post-graduation, full-time position with DISCO, and entry into the Emerging Leader Rotation Program.
DISCO’s Emerging Leader Rotation Program (ELRP) is a multi-year career journey with structured learning, rotation work experiences, a capstone project, and ongoing learning and career development. At the end of the program, associates have completed an accelerated path to graduate into a lead role in either a thought leader or people management career path.
DISCO’s Emerging Engineering Program (EEP) is for early career software engineers studying computer science. In EEP you will build capabilities through immersive learning experiences, structured working tours in front-end engineering, back-end engineering, platform engineering & DISCO AI with up to three rotations.
