You will:

  • Be responsible for the user experience, including user interface design of a deep, complex space in an industry, and with a company that deeply values and appreciates thoughtfulness in design
  • Research, conceptualize, and articulate your design direction and intention through both formal and informal critique processes
  • Design software that is both incredibly beautiful and useful
  • Uphold the integrity of your design throughout development

You may be a fit for this role if you:

  • Possess strong discovery, information architecture, and visual design skills
  • Have prior experience working with software product managers to deliver commercial software product
  • Are a strong communicator and storyteller
  • Are adept with Sketch, Studio Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
  • Have some experience prototyping motion using Principle, Flinto, After Effects, or similar tools

You might work on:

  • A design system
  • A visual search language
  • Streamlining a document review process for dozens of data types
  • Synthesizing and simplifying complex workflows
  • Features back by AI and other advanced algorithms
