We are currently searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team. We’re seeking a highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and energetic person to provide accounts receivable support to the Billing and Collection functions of our team.

DISCO raised a $20M equity financing earlier this year with Bessemer VenturePartners, LiveOak Venture Partners and The Stephens Group.  All three were existing DISCO investors and with the latest round the total investment in DISCO is more than $50M.

Responsibilities:

  • Followup with clients regarding past due AR balances
  • Monitor emails and respond to clients/internal staff regarding billing and collection items
  • Run reports in QuickBooks and Salesforce
  • Process, record and reconcile client payments
  • Assist with the completion of miscellaneous tasks as they arise
  • Perform other duties and projects related to role as assigned

Requirements:

  • Intermediate Excel skills required (V lookups, pivot tables etc.)
  • Excel test will be facilitated
  • Experience using QuickBooks and Salesforce
  • Very computer literate able to navigate PDFs, Microsoft Office, Adobe etc.
  • Willing to work extended hours (some weekend and evening work required)
  • Strong organizational skills required
