DISCO adds experienced corporate sales talent to accelerate enterprise growth

Houston, TX — Legal technology company CS Disco Inc. today announced that Tripp Hemphill has joined DISCO as Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Tripp brings a wealth of experience gained from over 15 years in legal technology and ediscovery sales.

Hemphill was previously Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Recommind, where he was responsible for generating and managing many of the company’s largest corporate engagements. For 2012 through 2014, Hemphill had the distinction of being the top performing sales resource at Recommind.

DISCO has always had great relationships with law firms. Tripp’s role is to build equally deep relationships with corporate legal departments, showing them how DISCO can deliver dramatic, quantifiable improvements in pace of review, quality of review, cost certainty, and outside counsel satisfaction.

“When successful and respected sales professionals like Tripp join a company like DISCO, it is a testament to the quality of the company’s product and go-to-market vision. We look forward to adding other top performers over the next year as we execute on our mission to replace legacy ediscovery tools with DISCO,” said CEO Kiwi Camara.

Hemphill will spearhead DISCO’s expansion to multiple corporate vertical markets. DISCO is unique in delivering a solution that solves real problems for corporate legal departments while at the same time dramatically improving the experience and self-reported satisfaction of outside counsel. Building relationships with both corporate legal departments and law firms will accelerate DISCO’s growth and ensure that DISCO’s product strategy is informed by the needs of all members of the legal team.

“I’ve been very fortunate in my career to have worked closely with top corporate legal departments on enhancing their ediscovery programs through automation.” Hemphill said. “I’m excited to join DISCO, as I believe that, with our unique focus on performance and ease of use, we have the opportunity to redefine the ediscovery industry and greater legal technology market.”

As the leading provider of software as a service solutions developed by lawyers for lawyers, DISCO is reinventing legal technology to automate and simplify complex and error-prone tasks that distract from practicing law.
