Neil Etheridge and Dianne Borges Join DISCO as VPs of Marketing and Customer Success

Fastest-growing ediscovery solution adds executives from Recommind and Bazaarvoice

Houston, TX — Legal tech company CS Disco Inc. today announced two new executives. Neil Etheridge, formerly vice president of product marketing at Recommind, has joined Disco as vice president of marketing. Dianne Borges, formerly vice president of client success at Bazaarvoice, has joined Disco as vice president of customer success.

Neil Etheridge is a 17-year veteran of the legal tech industry. As vice president of product marketing for Recommind, he was responsible for product marketing, strategy, and competitive intelligence across all Recommind’s product lines, including ediscovery, information governance, and enterprise search. At Recommind, Etheridge helped to refocus company strategy and messaging around ediscovery and Investigation and led the introduction of Recommind’s flagship product.

As vice president of client success at Bazaarvoice, Dianne drove customer retention, account growth, customer segmentation, and profitable services delivery at scale at the world’s largest social commerce network. As senior vice president of market-research consultancy Millward Brown, she managed and grew relationships with strategic accounts including Wal-Mart, Pizza Hut, Cadbury, Dell, Zales, and Microsoft.
